Directions to Fernhill Beach: 

From Manchester, NH and points south:  Take 93 North to Exit 15E (in Concord).  This is Rt. 393.  Route 393 becomes Routes 4/9/202 (east).  Stay on Rt. 4 to the Epsom Traffic Circle.  Take Rt. 28 north (3/4 way around the circle).  It takes about 20 min. to travel from the Epsom Traffic Circle to our office.  Stay on Rt. 28 through Suncook, Chichester, Pittsfield and into Barnstead.  The road will change from a nice, wide 2 lane road to a more narrow, older road.  You will pass by the following landmarks;  Mooswa Realty, The Surf Shack Restaurant, and then you will pass by Half Moon Lake (on your right).  After you see the lake, look for 2 billboards, one says “Fernhill”, the other says “Camp Mi-Te-Na”.  Turn right at these billboards, onto Prospect Mt. Rd.  **At the 4-way stop, (another Fernhill sign at this intersection), turn right onto Hollywood Beach Rd.  Take your 4th right into Fernhill (there is a Fernhill sign hanging from a tree and tennis courts).  This is the main entrance into the cottage colony. 

From points north:  Take either Rt. 28, or Rt. 11 to the Alton Traffic Circle.  Travel about 5 miles south on Rt. 28 to Prospect Mountain Road. Turn left and follow directions above from the **.

From the Seacoast:  Take the Spaulding Turnpike to Exit 15 (Rt. 11 north).  Take Rt. 11 approximately 17 miles to the Alton Traffic Circle. Take Rt. 28 south and travel about 5 miles to Prospect Mountain Road.  Turn left and follow directions above from the **.
